Two sets RS485 network control systems are used for one system operates and another system for hot backup. When the main network fails in communication, the system will automatically switch to the spare system for operation.

• When remote control, the digital head is equipped with RS485 network communication card, which can be connected with PLC and controlled by upper computer or touch screen. At the same time, the local controller of multiple power sources can be centralized place and centralize control RS485 network control system (two sets of networks) is using two sets of network control systems. In factory control, due to the remote upper computer / touch screen and rectifier are separated by hundreds of meters,  this communication distance is very long.
• In order to avoid communication failure, two network control systems is necessary, one system under use and the other standby. one RS485 network control card is built in each rectifier, which can transfer the internal analog signal of the rectifier to the upper computer / touch screen, and can accept the instruction of the upper computer / touch screen at the same time to control the power supply.
• All power supply are connected with the upper computer through the communication card and the PLC. Each communication card can communicate with 64 power sources at the same time, and more than 64 can increase the number of communication cards.
• Rs485 digital network rectifier itself has a digital intelligent controller, so when you need to replace the power supply, you only need to change the address of the power supply equipment, do not need to do any other adjustment, can be replaced easily, different models can be interchangeable, easy to maintain.
• At the same time, each rectifier can be monitored and controlled by remote host / touch screen, and a RS485 network dual meter controller can be installed in the field, so that the rectifier can be operated more conveniently and quickly in the field. The controller is optional. When one RS485 system has fault during use, system can be controlled by the standby RS485, which broadly avoid any production stop during running.
